Just steps from their back door, they raise premium Angus cattle with a hands-on approach and deep respect for the land. Their herd grazes winter cover crops and is nourished with feed grown right on the farm—ensuring quality, sustainability, and the unmistakable flavor of homegrown excellence.

The Swanson's run a family-owned business out of Nebraska, built on three generations of farming and ranching expertise. They specialize in raising American Wagyu and Angus cattle—carefully selected for their superior quality. Their animals roam freely on open pastures with plenty of space to graze, and are raised without antibiotics or hormones, allowing them to grow naturally. Sustainability is at the core of everything they do. Their farming practices are designed to protect the land and ensure the long-term health of our herds.
